Structural Integration - $100
Structural Integration is a form of deep tissue bodywork with movement education. It releases patterns of stress and tension that inhibit the body from moving freely by balancing the “structure” in gravity. Structural Integration enhances the body’s pattern of organization. When the body is balanced in gravity it functions at higher levels of efficiency, coordination, movement, balance, flexibility, strength, and ease.
This is 10 weekly sessions of deep bodywork to realign every structure of the body. Removes chronic pain by working at the deeper levels.
Massage Cupping Therapy - $70
Massage Cupping Therapy is a form of treatment in which a local suction is created on the skin, using plastic suction cups to help create blood flow and possibly help to remove adhesions and trigger points. Practitioners believe this mobilizes blood and physiological balance in order to promote natural healing to the body.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Deep Tissue - $60
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Craniosacral Therapy - $60
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Helps greatly with whiplash or head injuries.
Sports Massage - $60
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.
Active Isolated Stretching
Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation. Included with most massages, especially with chronic tightness of muscle tissue.
